Another Obama Medical Disaster Coming

Thursday, May 12th, 2011

A number of key medical providers, including the Mayo Clinic, The Cleveland Clinic, The Geisinger Clinic, and others called the administration’s initial blueprint for accountable care organizations( ACO) so complex as to be unworkable. The administration envisioned quickly setting up hundreds of ACOs around the country to lead a bottom-up reform of America’s so-called “bloated health care system.” The American Medical Group Association (AMGA), an umbrella group representing these premier organizations indicated that 93 percent of its members would not participate, because the rules are so onerus it would be almost impossible for them to succeed. The medical groups’ concerns were many, and focused on issues such as the risk sharing requirement, static risk adjustment, retrospective attribution, quality measurement requirements, the Minimum Savings requirement and others.”

Like everything the Obama administration does in the medical area it is a disaster!

Usama Bin Laden is Dead

Monday, May 2nd, 2011

We Americans should all celebrate that bin Laden is dead, and we should congratulate President Obama for overseeing a job well done by our brave special forces. But once the glow of this triumph wears off, we must remember: the horrors of ObamaCare; staggering unemployment;  one million Americans will soon run out of their unemployment insurance; the national debt is over $14 trillion and rising; the Middle East is exploding; the president is pulling us out prematurely from Iraq and Afghanistan; our schools are a disgrace; gas prices are now over four dollars a gallon; food prices are soaring; and inflation is upon us.
Too bad the president can’t manage the economy and foreign affairs as well as he can the assassination of a mass murderer. He needs a different job in 2012 and we can provide him with a nice forced retirement where he can write more best-selling memoirs.
